Jennifer A. Carnovale represents clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation. She focuses her practice on complex business and commercial disputes involving contracts, torts, fraud, and other related claims. Jennifer's experience includes securities litigation, financial service litigation, business disputes, and related appellate matters. Jennifer has experience in state and federal courts and handles all aspects of litigation, including analysis of claims and defenses, fact discovery, depositions, motion practice, and expert discovery.
EDUCATION
Jennifer received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2018, cum laude, where she was a senior articles editor of the St. John's Law Review and Journal of Catholic Legal Studies. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Hofstra University in 2015.
